Gainful Employment Disclosure

It is mandated by the Federal Government that institutions of higher education must disclose to prospective student information pertaining to all programs in order to help them to make informed decisions.

Each student must sign the disclosure acknowledgment before he/she signs an enrollment agreement, completes registration, or make any financial commitment to the institution. The mandate entails the followings:

  • Length of the program
  • The cost and the fees associated with the program
  • The number of graduates
  • Graduates who obtained employment after graduating
  • Students’ debts accumulated
  • Earning of the typical graduates

These disclosures are required by the U.S. Department of Education
